Stqó:ya Construction is a leader in utility, right-of-way, civil, and heavy construction. They are committed to taking on projects that create jobs while training a local and Indigenous workforce with the expertise and capacity required to complete projects that incorporate Indigenous values of stewardship and sustainability.
Stqó:ya Construction was formed in 2012 through a partnership between the Seabird Island Band and Jake’s Construction. This partnership allows us to connect the vast potential of the Indigenous workforce with the immense industrial opportunities within Seabird Island’s traditional territories and throughout British Columbia.
