Molson Chilliwack Brewery Site Preparation

Project Overview

To prepare for the construction of the new high-tech brewery for Molson Coors Canada, Jakes Construction was awarded the site preparation contract. We were responsible for delivering access road and parking lot earthworks, top-soil stripping, structural fill supply and placement, and site preloading. We also performed all onsite work, utility installation, paving, and landscaping for the project. Approximately 700,000 metric tonnes of gravel was utilized for the fill and preload placement requirements.
