Swallow Place Site Servicing & Roadworks

Project Overview

Work at Swallow Place began with the site servicing and roadworks scope to support a multi-phase residential development at Little Mountain in Chilliwack.

Early phases included clearing, stripping, topsoil management, and blasting to prepare the site for underground installation and roadway construction. Crews completed mass earthworks and installed storm, sanitary, and water infrastructure to service future lots.

As construction progressed, the scope expanded to include offsite storm and sanitary tie-ins, requiring coordination with the City and project engineers to connect new infrastructure into existing municipal systems.

With the development continuing to advance through phased construction, work remains ongoing to complete servicing, roadworks, and associated civil improvements in support of upcoming stages of buildout.
