Project Overview

This project involved a multi-phase program of PAN works and remediation activities across both the Mountain and West Regions in support of pipeline infrastructure.

Work spanned a broad geographic area and included road construction, access improvements, stabilization measures, and ongoing maintenance activities. PAN works consisted of permanent road valve use construction, access point development, bridge construction, paving, road repairs, road reclamation, and continued road maintenance. In the Mountain Region, the scope also included major repair work near Falls Lake.

Remediation activities addressed a range of site conditions, including slough, drainage improvements, erosion and sediment control repairs, rock picking, and soil screening and regrading. The program required coordination with multiple third-party stakeholders and environmental oversight throughout the summer and fall construction seasons.
