Project Overview
Work at Xchange Business Park began with Jakes Construction being awarded the site servicing scope for both on-site and off-site works. Early phases included roadway improvements along Mt. Lehman Road, new road construction, underground utilities, emergency access roads, and stormwater infrastructure. This work established the backbone needed to support long-term development across the site.
As development progressed, our role expanded to include tree clearing and site preparation around Buildings 1, 2, and 3. Crews completed clearing, grubbing, earthworks, and underground servicing to prepare the sites for construction, working closely with environmental and engineering teams to keep the project moving efficiently.
With the project continuing to evolve, Jakes is currently completing another phase of site preparation and servicing at Xchange Building 11. This ongoing work supports the next stage of development and reflects our continued involvement as Xchange Business Park moves forward.
