Project Overview

This project involved the protection and restoration of a significant stretch of riverbank, with work focused on stabilizing slopes, improving channel resilience, and enhancing habitat.

Crews began by clearing debris trees at multiple locations along the bank, followed by regrading to restore a stable profile. Riprap was installed throughout the site to provide erosion control and armoring.

To support habitat complexity, we placed boulders and constructed woody debris clusters at key points along the shoreline. The adjacent trail was realigned to suit the new grading and layout, and crews followed up with landscaping efforts including willow staking and native planting.
